Order changes: If you need to modify or cancel an order, contact us immediately. We process orders quickly; once fulfillment begins changes may not be possible.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times vary by destination and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery dates shown at checkout are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, or factors beyond our control.

4. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy. If your product arrives damaged or not as described, contact us within 14 days and we’ll guide you through the return or replacement process. Please retain original packaging where possible.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect a returned item, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

5. Custom Orders & Uploaded Images

For personalized items (including uploaded photos for aura analysis), you are responsible for providing accurate and lawful content. Uploaded images are used solely for analysis and production and are treated as order properties. We do not accept responsibility for uploaded images that infringe third-party rights.
