Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

To qualify for a refund:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • Your request must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be refunded:

  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Items purchased on final sale

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the processing time:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card company (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted)
  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, contact us and we’ll guide you through the process.
